防銹紙防銹機理：
氣相緩蝕劑 ： 加工2縮寫為VCI，它通過在常溫揮發出緩蝕劑基團在金屬表面形成鈍化性保護膜，從而抑制或減緩金屬銹蝕的發生。VCI的緩蝕原理：通過VCI在金屬表面成膜，隔斷腐蝕介質與金屬表面的接觸，不同VCI的成膜機理也不盡相同，如有的在金屬表面形成憎水膜，有的形成絡合鈍化膜，有的改變表面酸堿條件等。
使用條件
金屬制品在進行氣相防銹包裝前，應按防銹包裝的加工9進行前處理，確保金屬在被包裝之前無銹蝕，同時防止因加工3、灰塵雜質、化學物質等腐蝕性介質而導致前期銹蝕；
氣相防銹材料應在60℃以下、相對濕度在85%以下，近加工5的條件下使用
使用方法
1、確認被包裝金屬的材質，對於不同封箱6金屬和多金屬應選用相應類型的防銹材料；
2、在加工1與氣相防銹材料之間不應有其他材料 ；
3、盡量將包裝內的空氣排出，然後將包裝密封。
使用時註意事項
1)被防銹的金屬表面與氣相防銹材料的距離應小於300加工6。
2)包裝空間內的空氣應盡量少。
3)當被包裝物結構復雜、金屬種類較多、體積較大時，應考慮設計綜合防銹包裝方案。
4)氣相防銹材料開包使用時，緩蝕劑面在空氣中的暴露時間不應大於4小時。如中途停止使用，應對余下的產品進行重新密封包裝，以防有效成分散失。
5)防銹包裝操作過程中應使用手套，以避免手汗等有機汙染物汙染產品。
6)使用氣相防銹包裝的金屬制品，如處於熱狀態時，為避免防銹劑受熱流失、分解或薄膜變形、損壞，應冷卻到接近室溫後再進行包裝。
7)氣相防銹材料開包使用及二次切、焊加工時應盡快進行操作以減少有效成分的損失。
8)在使用氣相防銹包裝材料進行實際防銹包裝時，若制品有突起部位或銳利邊角會損傷本產品時，應另行包紮或加襯墊等緩沖材料加以保護。
氣相防銹材料的貯存
1) 氣相防銹材料在運輸、存貯過程中，要註意保持包裝的完整性
2)氣相防銹材料存貯於陰涼幹燥的庫房中，其存貯時對環境的加工9為：
溫度≤65℃
相對濕度 ≤85%
避免光照及強氣流場合
避免酸、堿及其它汙物的汙染
3) 氣相防銹材料的保質期三年，超過期限應重新進行防銹加工0檢測，經檢測加工8後，方可使用。
